Carli XHD Full Replacement Leaf Springs are designed for trucks with constant 2,000 pounds in the bed – cab-over campers, intense work trucks, hardcore overland builds, etc. This leaf spring pack is NOT designed to run unloaded!
Carli XHD Full Replacement Leaf Springs are intended for trucks with constant 2,000 pounds in the bed. Designed for pop-up campers like the Four Wheel Campers Hawk slide-in model this pack will work in any rig with 2,000 pounds in the bed. This is NOT a leaf spring pack designed to run unloaded, it requires the 2,000-pound load to sit at the intended height and function properly. Being a far heavier spring rate than our standard leaf spring AND designed to operate with a much higher center of gravity, we recommend 2.5″ remote reservoir shocks and custom shock tuning for optimal control and ride quality.
